Get active studies - Correl8 documentation

GET /v1/project/{project_id}/research/studies/

Same JSON as the MCP tool get_active_studies. Use this when your integration cannot call MCP tools. For the full schema, see Get active studies in the API reference.

user_id is required.

Field	Description
`user_id`	Same value as the `user_id` query parameter
`studies`	Active studies sampled in for this user (`[]` when none) — sampling, duration, and answer caps are checked server-side
`studies[].question`	What the study wants to learn
`studies[].eligibility_criteria`	When the agent should pursue this study. Not checked server-side — your integration must evaluate this against the current user/conversation before pursuing the study
`studies[].answer`	The answer already logged for this user, or `null` if none yet

This REST response does not include each study’s UUID. Get the study UUID from the Correl8 app to call Post a research study answer over REST, or use the MCP tools (get_active_studies + post_research_answer), which use a 0-based study_index instead.
